Baptism
The procedure for Baptism begins with an interview and doing the paper work.
All persons go through an Enrollment Ritual during Mass.
Parents and Godparents must attend two classes.
Infant Baptisms take place four times a year.
Children 4 years of age through 12 years will have private instruction and will also be enrolled in our RE classes.
Children 7th grade through high school will be part of the OCIC.

First Holy Eucharist and Reconciliation Requirements:
Student must be in the 2nd year of Religious Education.
Students must not be younger than second grade.
Students and parents must attend the January workshop for the preparation classes.

Confirmation
A candidate must be 16 years of age or a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in high school, with the exception of the O.C.I.C. students.
A candidate must have at least 2 years of Religious Education.
It is assumed that each person has a basic understanding of their Catholic faith.
The candidate and the candidate's family are to be registered members of St. Odilia Catholic Community.

Adult Confirmation
Baptized Adult Catholics who have received their First Holy Communion and have had some Religious Education or catechesis, but have not been confirmed, are encouraged to attend our adult confirmation classes.
